Shipping Policy

Which shipping company will deliver my order?
Orders are usually shipped via DHL or FedEx. However, we may select the courier with the best service in the destination area.

When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 5 to 7 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it. Shipping times depend on your location and can be estimated as follows:

• Monterrey and Mexico City (CDMX): 4 to 5 business days
• Rest of Mexico: 5 to 7 business days

Where is my order shipped from?
We work with an on-demand logistics company with fulfillment centers located in Mexico!

Will I have to pay customs duties for my order?

• Within Mexico: No additional customs fees are charged.
• International: Customs duties and additional charges may apply depending on the import regulations of each country. These costs are not covered by Tierra Huichol. We recommend that our international customers check their local regulations.

For customers shipping to the United States
Due to recent changes in trade policies, the maximum insured amount per piece is $14,000.00 MXN. If a piece exceeds this value, in case of an incident, only up to $14,000.00 MXN will be reimbursed (according to the courier's valuation).

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

• Check your confirmation email to ensure your shipping address is correct.

Pro tips

• To avoid theft, provide a delivery address where you will be present.
  
• If the address is correct and you still haven't received your package, please contact us at with your order number.
• If there’s an issue with your shipping address, we can resend your product, but you’ll be responsible for the costs.
• Your postal code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure it’s entered correctly before completing yor purchase.
